State Administrative Committee (SAC)

The Mississippi State Administrative Committee, known as the MS SAC, is the governing body for gymnastics in the State of Mississippi. The committee is comprised of 11 members of which 7 members are voting, 3 members are non-voting, and the committee chairperson votes only in the case of a tye. The committee members are:

Ellie Counseller of Greenville, MS has been a member of the State Committee since 1987. Ellie was the director of the YMCA gymnastics program in Greenville from 1982 thru 1997, and is presently a National Safety Instructor for USAG. A teacher for twenty-four years, Ellie is presently teaching at Riverside High School. Ellis has a BS and ME from Delta State University and has continued her education in gymnastics by completing the USAG PDP I & II courses and the ASEP coaching course, Since 1986, Ellie has been a member of NAWGJ and is presently a level 7/8 judge.
